You may have seen or used hosted form management services which all limit you according to the number of forms and entries (not even mentioning the monthly payments). We think that's not what you need. Using ioDeck, create unlimited forms, embed them to any (or all) of your websites and collect any number of entries. That simple.
ioDeck's form builder is simple-yet-powerful. It works by simply clicking and inserting the form fields you want (textfields, checkboxes, radio buttons, submit buttons, etc.). At any point, their order can be re-arranged with drag 'n' drops. Also, you can set default values and CSS classes for interacting with and styling the forms further.
Forms built with ioDeck are validated both on the client-side (JavaScript) and server-side (PHP). Every input received is sanitized against hacking attempts and there is support for reCaptcha to make sure that the forms are submitted by humans. Also, you can select the validation type of each form element (like a field should be a text, integer, e-mail, URL, "if it is required or not", etc.).
Many forms (like contact forms) usually just e-mail you when there is a new entry (we have that too, check the next feature). ioDeck offers more than that by storing each collected entry. You can view all past entries, learn when they were created, edit or delete them.
When a new form is filled and submitted, besides storing the form data collected in the database, ioDeck can notify you (and any others) in multiple ways. You can choose to be informed via e-mail, Twitter (as @mentions or direct messages) or Facebook message. And, you can create your own templates for these notifications, so that they match the design of your brand or your language.
